Beautiful Ocean Views at The Victorian

Positive: The location was great and the pools were awesome Negative: The front desk staff were rude,snobby and not helpful at all. Wish I got the guys name from the front desk he was a white male young with blue eyes. He was so rude and snobby. His direction were the worst I paid extra $25 to check in at 2 and his direction said I was all the way on the other side of the building. Actually we were just to the right of the office. Didn't tell us but we were all the way to the top. I was lost for 45 min trying to find the dam condo and a Hispanic lady Actually help me find the unit. And the older security guard was a whole other rude and horrible person. I get we have to have bands on and all that perfect but he was literally harassing a Hispanic family. Oviously they didnt speak English and he didnt speak Spanish but he was yelling and bothering them for at least 30 min. When I no longer control myself and had to intercede!!!!!! And I had to put him in his place he finally walked away that family was so scared they went up to condo for the night. Also for the most part condo was ok but had a funny smell and the coffee maker was disgusting filthy. The TV in bedroom didnt work. Remote batteries in 1 remote were dead . Ceiling fans make way to much noise couldn't really sleep they were so loud. No extra blanket for sofa bed. Plug by living room TV is really loose and TV would turn off if u even looked at TV. Beding,lining,all pillows and towels didnt smell clean or fresh. And to crowded it's a small space to many things felt crowded. 2 pictures were on the floor and not hung and the best part elevator was broken and being on the very top floor was the worst!!!!! My legs hurt so bad from all the stairs climbing. The condo really needs some tender loving care and some serious upgrades for the price we paid. I have used this condominium before and some of the other units we have used were really nice with nice upgrades and just a little more love 0ut in the unit.

Positive: Excellent location Negative: Door entry handles falling off. Dirt/particles on the floor when supposedly had been cleaned. Broken soap dispenser in shower. Someone's used socks left behind on rug which means it probably was never vacuumed.

Great stay! Positive: The facility was efficient and clean

Nice place and would stay here again. Negative: One of the benches at the table was broken on arrival and the door handle on the inside was loose. Nothing that can’t be fixed.

Positive: Location was great Negative: Property didn’t seem like it was really cleaned prior to our arrival, a lot of dust and dirt. Broken bench to the table that seems like it’s been that way for a while. Losing electricity and then losing the water the next day and by the time we left we had to carry luggage down 3 flights of stairs since both elevators were broken.
